The Opportunity
A strong opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing housing partnerships contractor delivering residential-led developments across the South West. Working within a collaborative framework environment, you’ll support the commercial delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion.
This role offers long-term stability, repeat work and the chance to develop within a business that values structured processes and team collaboration.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
* Managing commercial delivery on partnership housing schemes.
* Preparing and maintaining budgets, cost plans and forecasts.
* Procuring subcontract packages and managing supply chain performance.
* Assessing valuations, variations and payment applications.
* Completing monthly CVRs and financial reporting.
* Supporting final accounts and commercial close-out.
* Working closely with construction, technical and client teams.
About You
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment.
* Residential or housing partnership experience preferred.
* Strong understanding of procurement, cost control and reporting.
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Organised, commercially aware and detail focused.
* Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent experience.
