Estimator – are you looking to take the next step in your Estimating career? Our client is a well-established and respected contractor looking to strengthen their pre-construction team with the appointment of an Estimator.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator join a leading contractor delivering projects across commercial, education, leisure, care and retirement, student accommodation and high rise residential with project values ranging from £5m – £50m.

Salary & Package:
– Basic salary of £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)

Key Duties:
– Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates
– Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations
– Work collaboratively with the design, planning, and delivery teams
– Preparation of tenders, cost plans and budgets
Requirements:
– Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Conquest, Causeway, or similar)
– A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar estimating role
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Proven track record of pricing D&B projects
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as an Estimator delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £2m+.
