The Opportunity

A well-established large landscaping contractor is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of hard and soft landscaping projects across Central London.

This is a senior operational role, managing multiple sites and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality within a fast-paced urban environment.

The Role

As Contract Manager, you will take responsibility for the management and performance of multiple landscaping projects, working closely with site teams, subcontractors and senior management. The role is largely site-based and requires a strong presence across live projects.

Key Responsibilities

Overall management of hard and soft landscaping projects across Central London

*

Leadership of site managers, supervisors and subcontractors

*

Programme planning, sequencing and resource management

*

Ensuring works are delivered to quality, safety and environmental standards

*

Liaison with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders

*

Oversight of budgets, cost control and commercial performance

*

Managing risk, health & safety compliance and site standards

About You

*

Proven experience as a Contract Manager within landscaping, civils or construction

*

Strong background in hard and soft landscaping works

*

Experience managing multiple live sites in London

*

Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills

*

Comfortable working in a site-based, hands-on role
