A well-established construction consultancy based in North London is looking to bring a driven and experienced Project Manager into their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong consultancy background, particularly across commercial and mixed-use schemes.

The Project Manager will be joining a sociable, hands-on team known for delivering high-profile projects from inception through to completion. As Project Manager, you'll work closely with senior consultants and major clients across North and North West London, providing first-class service on projects typically valued between £5m-£40m.

Previous experience working for a construction consultancy is essential for this Project Manager role – candidates from a contractor background will not be considered at this time.

The Project Manager's role

The successful Project Manager will support the day-to-day delivery of various schemes, helping to ensure they are delivered on time, to budget, and to the client's expectations.

Responsibilities include:

Managing project plans, consultant teams and procurement processes

Monitoring contractor performance and contract administration (JCT)

Supporting senior managers on larger, multi-phase developments

Acting as the key point of contact between stakeholders, contractors and design teams

Working across RIBA stages 1-6, from feasibility through to handover

The Project Manager

3+ years' experience in a construction consultancy

Strong organisational and client-facing skills

MRICS or working towards chartership (ideal, not essential)

Confident managing small-to-mid-sized projects independently

Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar
