Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established construction consultancy has partnered with an expanding quantity surveying consultancy that specialises in delivering fire safety / fire remediation projects. As a result, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based out of the consultancy's north London/Hertfordshire office. From here, you will lead of fire related projects across London and the Southeast.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved on projects, pre and post contract, including carrying out contract administration, cost planning, managing variations, and overseeing programmes of work.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
MRICS would be a bonus
Worked within a UK PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
Happy to work on fire remediation projects
Driving licence and car – happy to travel to sites
Pre and post contract experience
EA/PM experience would be usefulIn Return?

£65,000 – £75,000
