Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic and modern Quantity Surveying consultancy with an impressive range of commercial and residential projects is seeking a Quantity Surveyor, or MRICS Quantity Surveyor, with senior ambitions, to join their London office.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working across a variety of top level, high-end residential projects primarily for private clients and corporations across the UK. There will also be some commercial fit our projects.

The team are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who has good pre contract experience and is eager to take on projects from inception to completion.

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

Preferably MRICS
Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar (if not MRICS)
Current or recent PQS / Cost Management experience
Pre contract knowledge
Client facing
