About the Role:
As the Technical Service Manager, you'll be at the helm of ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest technical standards, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in managing and enhancing technical service delivery, overseeing maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimizing the operational side of cutting-edge fit-out projects across a range of prestigious clients. Your role is essential in making sure each project doesn't just meet expectations – but exceeds them.
What You'll Do:
– Oversee and manage the technical delivery of all maintenance and service-related aspects of fit-out projects.
– Ensure exceptional quality standards across both on-site operations and client interactions.
– Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
– Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a talented team of engineers and technicians.
– Stay ahead of the curve in the design and build fit-out sector by implementing best practices and innovation.
What We're Looking For:
– Proven experience as a Technical Service Manager, or in a similar senior technical role, ideally within the construction, fit-out, or design sectors.
– Strong technical expertise, with a deep understanding of design and build fit-out processes, systems, and equipment.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and maintain strong client relationships.
– A passion for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
