Senior Quantity Surveyor – Facade / Re-cladding / Fire Remediation

A highly regarded medium-sized Main Contractor and Residential Developer, also delivering specialist façade projects, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor following a strong run of project wins. Previous placements into the business have given very positive feedback.

Location: East London / Essex (office-based)
Salary & Package: £75,000 – £100,000 (dependent on experience) plus car allowance, travel expenses, private healthcare, progression and additional perks

Role Overview:

Leading façade, re-cladding and fire remediation projects from concept through to handover

*

Working on London-based residential and specialist façade schemes

*

Operating within a strong and supportive commercial team

*

Long-term pipeline of secured work and genuine progression opportunities

Project & Delivery Details:

*

Recladding projects delivered under two models:

*

Client-appointed consultants with reduced PC coordination

*

Contractor-appointed consultants (Architect, SE, FE), with PD retained client-side

*

Specialist façade design completed by an in-house sister company

*

Design management from RIBA Stage 3 through Stage 4 and beyond

*

Involvement in BSR Gateway 2 submissions where applicable

Candidate Requirements:

*

Proven experience in façade, re-cladding or similar specialist packages

*

Background from either a main contractor or specialist subcontractor

*

Strong commercial and cost management capability

*

Ability to manage projects independently and liaise with consultants
