Site Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee external landscaping works on a live site in Brentford. The role will primarily involve supervising operatives carrying out tree planting and associated external works, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
This is a short-term assignment, ideal for a Site Manager with strong supervision and health & safety experience.
Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day supervision of operatives carrying out tree planting and landscaping works
*
Ensuring works are carried out in line with programme and site requirements
*
Monitoring quality of works and resolving any on-site issues
*
Managing health & safety on site, including RAMS and toolbox talks
*
Liaising with the main contractor and site team
*
Keeping basic site records and reporting progress
Key Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor
*
Strong health & safety awareness
*
CSCS Card (Management or Supervisor level)
*
SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
*
Ability to manage operatives and maintain site standards
Package
*
£250 – £280 per day (dependent on experience)
*
1-month contract
