Projects valued up to £30m and involve new build offices, apartments and retirement living, across South Yorkshire. Manage and enforce Health and Safety
Quality monitoring
Subcontractor management
Manage day to day activity

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
Experience on new build schemes up to £30m
Longevity in permanent roles
Good communication skills
IT Literate
