About the role
As a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor, you will:
* Deliver predominantly project focused services, utilising JCT contracts
* Maintain client relationships and ideally begin to forge new ones that can develop into profitable work
* Support and develop junior building surveyors within the team
Key responsibilities
* Contract administration
* Building safety cases
* Defect Analysis
* Building Surveys
* Planned maintenance (not cladding)
About you, as the successful Senior/Associate Building Surveyor
* Degree in Building Surveying (BSc or MSc) & MRICS qualification
* Any Building Safety Case experience would be desirable, not essential
* Project services biased
* A collaborative mindset, with clear drive and passion
