Fast-Track Fit Out Contractor – Central London

We are working with a well-established, fast-track commercial fit out contractor based in Central London who are looking to appoint an experienced Document Controller to support their growing project delivery team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business delivering high-quality CAT A & CAT B fit out projects across the London market.

The Role

As Document Controller, you will be responsible for the effective management and control of project documentation across multiple live projects, ensuring information is issued, received, and stored accurately and in line with company and project procedures.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Managing all project documentation using Aconex EDMS

* Uploading, issuing, and tracking drawings, specifications, RFIs, and technical documents

* Maintaining accurate document registers and revision control

* Ensuring document control procedures are followed across project teams

* Liaising with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth information flow

* Supporting project teams with audits and document-related queries

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* Proven experience as a Document Controller within the commercial fit out sector

* Hands-on experience using Aconex EDMS

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

* Confident communication skills and a proactive approach
