Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Construction Projects

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor (£100mil + turnover) working on high-profile construction projects across the capital.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS to take ownership of key packages, drive financial performance, and play a pivotal role in project delivery from pre-construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities:
– Full commercial management of construction projects
– Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
– Preparation and negotiation of valuations, variations, and final accounts
– Cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management
– Working closely with site teams, project managers, and clients
– Ensuring contractual compliance and risk mitigation

Requirements:
– Degree educated in Quantity Surveying
– Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
– Experience delivering £20mil+  projects in London
– Commercially sharp, detail-driven, and confident in negotiations
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
