Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
Liaise with clients and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
Relevant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
Proficient with Vectorworks
Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
Experience working on projects within the commercial or retail sector
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
