The Role

Assistant Estimator / Estimator within a high-end residential team

*

Manage all tender enquiries from initial issue to final submission

*

Prepare and package tenders, issuing to specialist subcontractors

*

Carry out detailed tender analysis and cost comparisons

*

Support procurement across the full project lifecycle

*

Attend occasional site visits to stay close to quality and delivery
