About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Response and Maintenance Division. This role focuses on managing void properties, roofing repairs, and general maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing cost management for repairs and maintenance projects.

Conducting site assessments and preparing detailed cost estimates.

Collaborating with contractors and ensuring projects stay within budget.
Requirements:

Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally within a similar maintenance or repairs environment.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
