CDM Principal Designer

Apex Resources Ltd are recruiting for an experienced CDM Principal Designer to join a growing health & safety consultancy working across Commercial, Residential and Retail projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver CDM advisory services across multiple projects

* Undertake site inspections and H&S audits

* Prepare and review CDM documentation and Pre-Construction Information

* Support Clients and Principal Designers with CDM duties

* Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 Regulations

Requirements:

* Degree qualified with construction industry experience

* CDM qualifications and/or professional memberships

* Strong construction Health & Safety background

* Full UK driving licence

* Excellent communication and IT skills

Desirable:

* NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate

* IOSH membership

* Retail, leisure or commercial sector experience
