Project Manager
Duration: Approximately 12–18 months (starting mid to late February 2026)
Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a façade remediation project in Liverpool. The role involves overseeing the removal of combustible materials and ensuring compliance with the latest fire safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the façade remediation project from inception to completion.

Ensure adherence to fire safety regulations and high-rise construction standards.
*
Coordinate with the site manager and oversee subcontractors and labour teams.
*
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
*
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
*
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in managing high-rise construction projects, particularly façade remediation.
*
Strong knowledge of fire safety standards and regulations for high-rise buildings.
*
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
*
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
*
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*
Ideally based in the North West or willing to relocate for the duration of the project.
Rate: Competitive daily rate (to be discussed based on experience and availability)
