A well-established regional construction contractor is seeking an experienced Estimating Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The business delivers refurbishment and new build projects across sectors including healthcare, education, commercial and industrial.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions

*

Analyse drawings, specifications and subcontractor pricing

*

Identify commercial risks and value engineering opportunities

*

Liaise with pre-construction and delivery teams

Requirements:

*

Experience in an estimating or quantity surveying role within construction

*

Strong commercial and numerical skills

*

Experience pricing refurbishment projects preferred
