Contracts Manager – Exeter

What you’ll be doing

As the Contracts Manager, you will lead multiple projects from award through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.

Reporting to the Director of Construction, you will take ownership of programme, quality and cost performance across a portfolio of sites, typically ranging in value from £500k – £10M across a range of sectors, namely commercial and industrial.

Geographically, these sites will be anywhere between Exeter and Taunton, let's say more widely, Devon and Somerset

Who we are looking for

To join us as our Contracts Manager, you will need at least 5 years experience in an operational role, either lead PM or CM across several sites.

* Construction related qualification

* Experience managing subcontractor relationships

* Knowledge of construction methods, defect management and quality control processes

* The ability to interpret drawings, specifications and programmes would be beneficial

* CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
