Freelance Site Supervisor – Heavy Civils (Glasgow)

Immediate start available for an experienced Site Supervisor to support a heavy civils project in Glasgow. This role is focused on overseeing subcontractors and keeping daily site operations running smoothly. Nightshift work on rotation with the other supervisors.

The Role

Supervising subcontractors on a busy civils site

Running daily coordination meetings

Completing plant sheets and maintaining site records

Attending subcontractor meetings and supporting day‑to‑day delivery

Working 12‑hour shifts, 7am–7pm, Monday to Friday

Some weekend work as required

Contract running from end of February through March

What You Need

CSCS (essential)

SSSTS (essential)

Temporary Works knowledge (desirable)

Strong heavy civils background

Ability to manage subcontractors and keep site documentation organised

Pay

PAYE: £300 per day + holiday pay
