Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a well-established contractor seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team across South Wales. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in housing projects, with a proven ability to manage costs, contracts, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and reviewing cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation

Managing commercial aspects of housing developments

Monitoring budgets, cash flows, and variations

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and consultants

Ensuring compliance with contracts and relevant legislation

Contributing to efficient project delivery and risk management

Candidate Requirements:

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on residential / housing schemes

Strong knowledge of commercial processes and contract administration

Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills

Able to work across multiple sites in South Wales
