Site Manager

We are working with a well-established contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee their housing projects across South Wales. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in residential construction, managing sites efficiently and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site activities for housing developments

Lead and supervise subcontractors and site teams

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Monitor programme, quality, and cost control

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Resolve issues proactively to maintain smooth project delivery

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential / housing projects

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent organisational, communication, and time management abilities

Knowledge of H&S regulations, site inspections, and building standards

Able to travel to multiple sites across South Wales
