Project Manager – Fit-Out
Location: London
Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 per annum (depending on experience and level)
Type: Permanent | Full-time
This role is suitable for experienced Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, or Senior Site Managers ready to step up.
About the Company
We are representing a London-based fit-out contractor with over 80 directly employed staff, delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects across Central London.
Unlike many contractors, the majority of works are delivered in-house, allowing Project Managers to maintain real control over programme, quality, and site delivery.
Due to a strong secured pipeline, the business is expanding its delivery team.
The Role
This is a delivery-led, site-first role focused on the successful execution of interior fit-out projects.
Depending on experience, responsibilities will include:
* Managing fit-out projects from start to completion
* Programme planning and sequencing
* Day-to-day leadership of site teams and supervisors
* Coordinating internal trades and specialist subcontractors
* Maintaining quality standards and health & safety compliance
* Managing client and consultant relationships
* Cost awareness and delivery accountability (level dependent)
Senior-level candidates may also support and mentor junior project or site managers.

Requirements
* Proven experience delivering fit-out or interior construction projects
* SMSTS and CSCS Black or Gold Card
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Right to work in the UK
