A modern chartered surveying consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor who is aiming to become a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the next 12 to 18 months.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Joining the company's London office, the Partners are seeking a competent Quantity Surveyor who can demonstrate the ability to lead a project from inception to completion with minimal support. However, you will have Partner and Associate support to hand.

Project wise, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved on an impressive countryside property extension including a pool-house and a large landscaping project, a £25m private property, and other small schemes to get stuck into.

The Quantity Surveyor

4+ years Quantity Surveying experience
MRICS or working towards
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Pre and post contract experience
Residential project experience, or a keen interest in this sector
Professional, client facing character
Looking to hit Senior in the next 12-18 monthsIn Return?
