Maintenance Surveyor

Skills required: HNC in Surveying or HND or Degree in surveying or construction related field, with strong post-qualification experience. Knowledge of damp and mould and able to work to Awaabs law principles Experience diagnosing property condition and scoping for remedial works. Understanding of building pathology and complex issues like subsidence. Experience managing contractors and ensuring health and safety compliance. Evidence of qualifications, need a Basic DBS, 3 years referencing, you will need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage. Work Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, manage own diary, Expect to spend time on the road and working from home.
