Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, ideally from a Groundworks/civils background to join a very successful Contractor covering sites across Devon.

You will join an experienced commercial team, reporting to a Commercial Manager.
Working with an extensive client base; predominantly house builders large and small. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified Quantity Surveyor to join a forward-thinking team of like-minded professionals.

* The role will involve managing sub-contractors to maximise costs, as well as assisting with ongoing estimating duties.

* Commercial/financial management, valuations, reconciliations, and final accounts.

* You will be required to report to the head office and travel to site.

The successful applicant should ideally be qualified with a suitable construction-related qualification and have extensive experience within the construction industry. A full driving license will be required, along with good IT skills particularly Excel.
