A leading architecture and multidisciplinary consultancy, widely recognised for its expertise in residential design and regeneration, is currently seeking a talented Project Manager to join their London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to work on a wide range of residential and remediation projects, including large-scale housing developments and complex building safety programmes.

The Project Manager's role

The successful Project Manager will lead the delivery of residential and remediation-focused projects, including cladding replacement and building safety upgrades. Working closely with architectural teams, consultants, and external stakeholders, the Project Manager will oversee all project stages to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing multiple projects across the residential and remediation sectors

Coordinating internal teams and external consultants

Maintaining project programmes, risk registers, and reporting

Liaising with clients and statutory bodies throughout all RIBA stages

Supporting the practice's commitment to building safety and sustainability

Mentoring junior team members and promoting knowledge sharing

The Project Manager

Proven experience delivering residential and/or remediation projects

Background in project management, architecture, or construction

Familiarity with the RIBA Plan of Work and building safety compliance

Chartered or working towards (RICS, CIOB, APM or similar)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confident leading teams and engaging with clients

Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 from home
