Our client is seeking an Income Officer to join their Customer Accounts team.

Role Details:

Part-time, permanent (25.5 hours per week)
Salary: £22,054-£26,189 (FTE £32,000-£38,000)
Hybrid working: Home, office, and customer visitsKey Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
Prevent arrears and negotiate repayment plans
Provide welfare advice and affordability assessments
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
Prepare documentation and attend court hearings if requiredRequirements:

Strong communication and organisational skills
Knowledge of arrears management and welfare benefits
IT literacy and ability to manage a busy caseload
Full driving licence and access to a car
