Description
Resolve complex payroll queries, issues, and complaints, escalating where necessary.
Process all payroll transactions accurately and on time.
Support payroll payments, including credit transfers and emergency CHAPS payments.
Ensure statutory deductions are correctly applied and returns, including taxable benefits, are submitted on time.
Manage non-statutory deductions and ensure payments are made to the relevant organisations.
Provide high-quality, customer-focused payroll advice to managers, employees, and external stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with all payroll legislation and statutory obligations.
Keep up to date with company and statutory changes, ensuring system updates are implemented as required.
Support payroll projects and initiatives to improve systems, processes, and overall service quality.Profile
Previous experience in a high volume fast paced payroll role.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
Familiarity with tax laws and employment regulations.
Experience using Oracle is desirable
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Job Offer
