A leading European engineering contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects across Europe is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to take ownership of the electrical systems package on a major data centre project in Amsterdam.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a technically complex, fast-paced project with long-term progression across a strong European project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the electrical systems package from installation through to handover

* Manage site safety, quality, and compliance alongside project leadership

* Coordinate electrical design, subcontractors, and OFCI equipment

* Manage programme, progress, and daily site operations

* Control costs including labour, subcontractors, materials, and variations

* Drive a strong QHSE culture across site teams

* Chair subcontractor meetings and manage snagging and close-out

Key Requirements

* Trade or third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar

* 5+ years’ experience in a senior electrical site or project role

* Proven experience delivering large-scale electrical installations

* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and QA processes

* Experience working on data centre or mission-critical projects preferred

* Strong leadership and communication skills
