We are working with an established architectural practice in East Grinstead that is looking to appoint an Architect with strong AutoCAD skills to join their growing team.

This is a hands-on role suited to an Architect who enjoys being involved across the full project lifecycle, particularly detailed design and technical delivery.

The Role

Producing detailed drawings and technical packages using AutoCAD

Working on residential projects (planning through to construction)

Coordinating with consultants, clients, and local authorities

Supporting planning applications and building regulations submissions

Managing multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

ARB-registered Architect (or nearing registration)

Strong AutoCAD experience (essential)

UK residential project experience preferred

Solid understanding of UK planning and building regulations

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and time-management skills
