The Role

Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264

Working across commercial and mixed-use sites

Producing accurate, compliant asbestos survey reports

Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams

Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and company standards

Requirements

BOHS P402 (or equivalent)

Previous experience as an Asbestos Surveyor

Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance

Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

Full UK driving licence
