Working for a leading engineering contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the residential sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on multiple new-build residential projects, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors

* Manage subcontractor performance and relationships

* Monitor project programmes and ensure timely delivery

* Maintain health & safety compliance

* Ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

* Background in mechanical engineering or project management

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards
