Contracts / Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Office-based with regular travel to project sites
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (hours may vary depending on live projects)
Start: Immediate / Urgent requirement

We are urgently seeking an experienced Contracts / Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from contract award through to completion. This is a key role requiring strong leadership, organisation, and commercial awareness across live sites, with responsibility for managing contracts typically ranging in value from £50k to £1m.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously

*

Take responsibility for contracts, programme delivery, and project performance

*

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

*

Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines

*

Ensure compliance with contractual, health & safety, and quality standards

Essential Experience

*

Proven experience in Project Management

*

Demonstrated capability in delivering projects within occupied NHS buildings, social housing, and school environments, with a strong understanding of live working environments.

Experience with programming / project scheduling

*

Ability to manage multiple projects and varying priorities

*

Willingness to travel as required by project demands
