Salary: £38-45,000

An established, design-led architectural practice is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its growing team in Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist looking to build a long-term career within a collaborative, ambitious and forward-thinking studio, working predominantly within the residential sector.

The successful Architectural Technologist will demonstrate

* A strong desire to develop and progress within the practice
* A proactive, professional, motivated and committed approach
* Excellent relationship management and time management skills
* Enthusiasm, drive and passion for architecture, technology and design
* A solid understanding of current UK building regulations and planning processes

Qualifications and experience required

* HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
* MCIAT certified, with several years of UK-based industry experience
* Proven experience working within the residential sector, including UK construction methods and detailing
* Based locally or willing to travel as required
* High level of proficiency in AutoCAD
* Experience using Revit or similar BIM software, and SketchUp, is advantageous
