Site Manager: Residential (Traditional Build)
Location: Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire

We are working with a well-established, privately owned residential developer who is looking to appoint a Site Manager for a 28-unit traditional build scheme in Aston Clinton.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of future work in the local area, offering stability and progression beyond this project.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take day-to-day responsibility for the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Full management of the site team and subcontractors

*

Driving the programme and coordinating trades

*

Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

*

Maintaining high standards of quality and finish

*

Managing materials, deliveries, and site logistics

*

Liaising with the Project Manager and wider commercial team

About You

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments
or

*

An experienced Assistant Site Manager ready to step up into a Site Manager role

*

Background in traditional build housing

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (or working towards where applicable)

*

A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on quality
