Salary: £37-£42,000

A long-established, RIBA-accredited architectural practice in Essex is looking to appoint a driven and talented Architect to join its close-knit and collaborative studio. The practice has a strong reputation for delivering carefully considered, design-focused work across the residential, retail, and commercial sectors, offering the opportunity for an Architect to contribute to projects that are both purposeful and well executed.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development of design proposals across all RIBA stages as an Architect
* Prepare, coordinate, and manage detailed technical drawings and construction information
* Assist in the delivery of projects, including site inspections and contract administration duties
* Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful outcomes
* Contribute to planning submissions, feasibility assessments, and design presentations

About You

* ARB-registered Architect
* Previous experience within a UK architectural practice
* Good working knowledge of UK planning legislation, building regulations, and construction techniques
* Strong design sensibility paired with a high level of technical competence
* Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, dependable team member with the ability to work independently when needed
