Working Foreman

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to join a busy construction project. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can lead by example while maintaining high standards on site.

The Role:

Working on the tools while overseeing daily site activities

*

Supervising trades and subcontractors

*

Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

*

Coordinating works with site management

*

Maintaining quality, programme, and productivity on site

Requirements:

*

Proven carpentry background (essential)

*

SMSTS (essential)

*

CSCS Card (essential)

*

First Aid at Work (essential)

*

Ability to drive and commute reliably to site

*

Strong communication and leadership skills

*

Previous experience as a Working Foreman or similar role
