Project Manager (Construction)

Our client have an exciting new project starting in Greenwich, South East London on Monday 19th January.
This project is an extension on the 02 arena and they're looking for an experienced Project Manager to see it out to completion.

The job:

* Civils, Groundworks, Steel Frame, Interior strip-out and Facade.

* 16 weeks of work.

* 8:00am to 5:30pm.

Duties:

*

Manage a construction project covering groundworks, civils, interior strip-out, and façade works

*

Ensure delivery on time, within budget and to programme

*

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

*

Maintain health & safety, quality, and compliance

*

Manage project costs, reporting and progress updates

*

Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders

*

Identify and resolve site and programme issues.
