We're working with a well-established main contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager (No.1) for a flagship student accommodation development in Central London.

This is a high-profile project that is already live on site, offering long-term security and the chance to lead delivery on a complex, multi-storey build.

The Role

As Senior Site Manager, you'll take day-to-day responsibility for managing site operations, driving programme, quality, and health & safety performance. You'll work closely with the wider project team to ensure the build progresses smoothly through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Overall site management and coordination of works
Managing subcontractors and site teams
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
Driving programme and resolving site-based issues
Maintaining excellent quality control and compliance
Reporting progress to the wider project leadership teamWhat We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale projects
Strong background in multi-storey residential or student accommodation schemes
Confident managing complex builds in tight urban environments
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
