Compliance Coordinator – Building Safety Regulations

Main Contractor | East London

A well-established Main Contractor in East London is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support delivery of projects in line with the Building Safety Regulations and Gateway process.

Key Responsibilities:

Support compliance with the Building Safety Act / BSR

*

Coordinate Gateway 1, 2 & 3 submissions

*

Maintain Golden Thread information and compliance records

*

Liaise with Design, Technical, Commercial and Site teams

*

Track approvals, RFIs and regulator responses

*

Ensure document control systems are kept up to date

*

Support audit and regulatory inspections

Requirements:

*

Experience in a compliance, technical admin, document control or similar role within construction

*

Exposure to Building Safety Regulations / BSR

*

Experience working for a Main Contractor preferred

*

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

*

Confident working across multiple departments

Desirable:

*

Residential or HRB project experience

*

Knowledge of Aconex, Viewpoint or Asite
