Project Manager

A leading construction consultancy based in the heart of Central London is seeking a talented Project Manager to support delivery across a portfolio of high-end residential and Cat A/Cat B office fit-out projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Project Manager to work with prestigious clients and take ownership of projects from concept through to handover.

The Project Manager will join a fast-paced team delivering prime London schemes ranging from £2m-£25m. With a steady pipeline of central zone developments, this role will suit a client-facing Project Manager looking to step up and lead on key schemes.

You'll need previous construction consultancy experience to be considered for this Project Manager role, ideally with exposure to commercial or residential schemes in central locations.

The Project Manager's role

This Project Manager role involves managing bespoke schemes from early feasibility through to final handover, including working with top-tier architects, designers, and corporate clients.

Typical duties will include:

Preparing and maintaining detailed project programmes

Coordinating design teams and specialist consultants

Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and tenant reps

Contract administration (JCT) and cost tracking

Attending design team, site progress, and client meetings

The Project Manager

3-5 years' experience in a consultancy environment

Strong understanding of residential and commercial fit-out

Degree in Construction, Project Management, or similar

APC support available – ideally working towards MRICS or MAPM

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
