Senior Quantity Surveyor

A Cambridge based Quantity Surveying consultancy with real appetite to grow is seeking a personable Senior Quantity Surveyor with a PQS / Construction Consultancy background.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Joining a personable and well-cultured Cambridge office, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will primarily be responsible for delivering healthcare, care home, and residential based projects.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on schemes up to £10m within the new build and refurbishment sector – carrying out a Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Must have PQS / Consultancy experience in the UK
MRICS would be a bonus, but not essential
A successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
Good pre and post contract knowledge
Any Employers Agent or Project Management experience would be a plusIn Return?

£65,000 – £70,000
