We're working with a leading UK construction and engineering contractor to appoint an experienced Regional Information Manager. This is a key regional position responsible for driving best practice in information management across multiple live projects, ensuring compliance, quality and consistency in digital delivery.

The role offers genuine flexibility, with the option to split your working time between head office, project sites and home, supporting a healthy work-life balance while remaining closely connected to your teams and projects.

The Role

As Regional Information Manager, you'll act as the operational lead for Information Management across the region, embedding governance standards and supporting project teams throughout the full construction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

Implementing national Information Management standards across all regional projects
Leading project mobilisation from an IM perspective, ensuring CDE, Teams and IMS structures are correctly configured from day one
Providing hands-on support and guidance to Design, Commercial, Construction and Digital teams
Functionally overseeing Document Controllers and ensuring consistent compliance
Carrying out audits and assurance checks, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
Acting as the regional link to the central Information Management function
Supporting regional delivery of national digital initiatives and frameworks
Championing digital compliance, quality and traceability across the businessWhat We're Looking For

Proven experience in Information Management or Document Control within construction
Strong working knowledge of Common Data Environments (CDE) Asite and or Dalux experience preferred
Solid understanding of BS EN ISO 19650 and compliance requirements
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communicator, able to influence and collaborate across all business levels
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environmentWhat's On Offer
