Estimator

Our client a Hampshire based Manufacturer, Designer, and Installer of Cladding and Curtain Walling are currently recruiting for an Estimator to join their management tier.

Ideally you will stem from a Facades background but Estimation experience and understanding products and components will suffice.

As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of their construction projects by providing precise cost estimates. You will collaborate closely with production managers utilising your skills in negotiation and cost control to deliver accurate pricing that aligns with project goals.

What you’ll do

* Develop comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects by analysing drawings, specifications, and other documentation.

* Utilise software tools using logical to create detailed estimates and manage project data efficiently.

*Basic qualifications

* Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field

Preferred qualifications

* Proficiency in Logical software.

* Familiarity with cost control methodologies and pricing strategies in the construction industry.

* Experience working on diverse construction projects across various sectors.
