Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

The Role:
The company is looking to appoint an Assistant Commercial Manager to support the delivery of commercial fit-out projects across London. This role is ideal for someone with a solid commercial foundation who is looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced fit-out environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the commercial management of fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final account

Assisting with subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and appointments

Preparing and managing interim valuations, variations, and change control

Supporting cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow

Working closely with project and site teams to ensure commercial performance

Assisting with final accounts and project close-out

About You:

Previous experience in an Assistant QS / Assistant Commercial Manager role

Fit-out experience preferred but not essential

Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and commercial processes

Confident communicator with strong attention to detail

Ambitious and keen to progress into a more senior commercial role
