Role: Site Manager

Location: Near Bridgnorth

Project: Luxury bungalows

Duration: circa 12 months

Start: Late Feb / Early March

Hours: Site hours as required

Day rate: Negotiable depending on experience – CIS or Limited company

My client are after an experienced Site Manager with experience working within the residential sector.

Must have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, PPE etc. You will work closely with the Head of Construction for this regional developer to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and always adhering to safety and quality standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious project in the area.
