About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced PERM Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a live hospital scheme in Boston, Lincolnshire. This role requires a proactive, safety-conscious individual with a strong background in healthcare or similarly complex construction environments.

You will play a key role in managing on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality across the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works progress in line with programme

Manage subcontractors, site staff, and logistics effectively

*

Maintain strict health & safety compliance across all activities

*

Liaise with the client, consultants, and wider project team

*

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks

*

Report on progress, risks, and mitigation plans to the project team

Requirements:
✅ Proven experience as a Site Manager on healthcare or large-scale commercial projects
✅ SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications
✅ Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practices
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
✅ Able to work independently and make critical site decisions
