Contract: 5-Month Fixed Term
Schedule: Full-Time, 5 Days a Week (On-Site)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to join the team on a commercial fit-out project in Paddington. This role requires a strong background in building services and proven experience in M&E coordination within commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for M&E systems in line with project requirements.
* Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate integration of services.
* Implement BIM standards and workflows, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and client specifications.
* Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between disciplines.
* Support project documentation and contribute to design reviews.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the M&E sector with a strong building services background.
* Proven track record working on commercial fit-out projects.
* Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
* Strong knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and UK building regulations.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work on-site in Paddington, Monday to Friday.
